The metaverse’s potential impacts on the God-centred life and togetherness of Indonesian Christians

Many studies in Indonesia have analysed the metaverse from an education, communication, social relation and business view, but only a few theological perspective. This study questions whether theologically, can be viewed as opportunity where God-centred life togetherness amongst humans are enhanced. To answer question, uses literature analysis. The question is answered by exploring two issues. Firstly, impact of metaverse’s features on human awareness values basis their roles creating examined. Secondly, changes image God to divine consequences immersion investigated. From analysis previous concerning those issues, findings show that Christians who regularly immerse themselves obtain overstimulation might acquire set foster collaborative one hand enhance pervasive self-centredness other hand. In language, cause act masters reality instead its stewards. finding give direction for church help maintain regular detachment reflect more life.
